Mthabane Plant Hire & Civils was established in 2006. The company mainly focuses on plant hire, over the years we have evolved in the construction sector; civil Engineering and general building Maintenance construction works. The Company seeks to be a major contributor in creating employment opportunities with in the construction sector; we currently employ 10 permanent staff and 25 temporal staff.

Mthabane Plant & Construction is a 100% black owned company with a young, dynamic and ambitious management team. The management team has over 10 years
combined construction work experience. We are a level 1 BBBEEE contributor, which celebrates diversity and incorporates empowerment into our business culture.

We follow a deliberate strategy of ensuring that there is a significant amount of skill transfer on all project engagements, especially community-based projects where there is an urgent need to build longterm capacity and alleviate unemployment and poverty.
